Exchange Process:

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for glass panels once they have left our warehouse to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. For hardware items, exchanges for an alternative size, style, or product are welcome, provided the hardware remains unused and in its original packaging. If there's a price difference between the original and the new item, we will settle the difference accordingly.

To exchange hardware, please visit our store within 30 days from the purchase date. Our team is ready to help you select the best option for your needs, guiding you smoothly through the exchange process.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Glass panels cannot be exchanged once they have left the warehouse.

  • Hardware that has been installed, opened, or shows signs of use is not eligible for an exchange.
