Glass Returns:

Please note that once glass leaves our warehouse, it cannot be returned. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their purchases before transport to ensure satisfaction with the product's quality and specifications.

Hardware Returns:

Hardware items that have not been used and remain in their original, unopened packaging can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. To proceed with an exchange, please visit our store with the hardware item and your purchase receipt. Our staff will assist you in the exchange process, ensuring it is quick and straightforward.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Glass panels are non-returnable once they have left our warehouse.

• Hardware that has been installed, opened, or shows signs of use cannot be exchanged or returned.

We take pride in the quality and precision of our products. For glass and hardware that remains within the returnable criteria, please ensure they are securely packaged for their return to our store. For the best protection, we recommend using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
