Refund and Return Policy

Refund Process:

For hardware items eligible for an exchange, we will issue store credit upon inspection and approval of the returned items. Please note that refunds in the original form of payment are not available for glass panels or hardware returned for store credit. Allow a reasonable processing time for the store credit to be available for your use.

Glass Returns:

We do not accept returns of glass panels once they have left our warehouse. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our glass products upon installation. We encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect their glass purchases before leaving the store.

Hardware Returns:

Unused hardware in its original, unopened packaging can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. Please bring the hardware and your receipt to our store for the exchange. Our team is ready to assist you through the process efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Glass panels cannot be returned once they have left the warehouse.

  • Hardware that has been used, installed, or whose packaging has been opened is not eligible for exchange or store credit.

To ensure the safety and integrity of products returned for exchange, please package them securely. We recommend using the original packaging or a suitable alternative for the best protection.

Warranties:

Our glass panels are covered by a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. Should you experience an issue covered under this warranty, contact our Customer Support team for guidance. Submitting a warranty claim may involve verification and assessment by our experts.
