1. Order Processing:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited methods. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. We do our best to ensure timely and accurate deliveries; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently offer shipping within Ontario and Quebec only. Please contact our Customer Support team for inquiries about international shipping.

4. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

6. Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
